Three to five pages, written and designed for your contracting business, connected to your domain, and live three working days after we start. One payment of $750. No agency process, and no monthly payment to us.

First we design your homepage concept, free. If you like the direction, we build and launch the whole site.

Homepage concept
Brightwell Kitchen & Bath Remodeler · homepage concept
  • Built for
  • General contractors
  • Remodelers
  • Home builders
  • Roofers
  • Siding & windows
  • Concrete & masonry
  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • HVAC
  • Painters
  • Flooring & tile
  • Decks & fencing

Contractors are what we build for, so the pages, the words, and the questions are shaped around the trades. If you run another kind of local service business, the offer is the same and you are still welcome to ask.

Why you're here

You already know the website
needs sorting out.

Nobody puts this off because they don't care. It has just never been the most urgent thing on the list, and it has always looked like a big project.

  • We're mostly on Facebook.
  • Our site was built back when we had one truck.
  • It's all word of mouth, but they still look us up.
  • I know we need one. I just haven't dealt with it.
  • I don't want a six-week agency project.
  • I don't even know what a website should cost.

How this works

See the direction first.
Then decide.

Two steps, and only the second one costs anything. They are different things, so here is exactly what each one is.

Step one · free

A homepage concept for your business

We design a homepage for your actual business so you can see the creative direction we'd take before you spend anything. It shows how your business could be presented, and it lets you judge whether we're the right fit.

  • Your name, your trades, your job photos where we have them
  • Desktop and phone, so you can see how both would look
  • Free, with no call, no payment details, and no obligation

What it is not: the finished website. It is one page showing the proposed direction. It isn't written out in full, connected to your domain, or live.

Step two · $750 once

The finished website, built and launched

If you like the direction, we expand it into a polished website of three to five pages: we write the copy, build every page, set up the contact form, connect your domain, and put it live with you.

  • Three to five essential pages, chosen for your business
  • Buyer-focused copy written and organized for you
  • Mobile layout, contact setup, domain connection, basic search setup
  • Two rounds of revisions, then we launch it with you

Your part: tell us about the business, then say what to change. We do the writing, the design, the setup, and the launch.

The offer

One website. One price.

One thing to buy, at one price. A two-truck electrical outfit pays what a remodeler pays, and neither pays us again next month.

Your complete website, once

$750

That covers the design, buyer-focused copy, three to five essential pages, mobile optimization, contact setup, domain connection, basic search setup, two rounds of revisions, and help getting the finished site live.

One-time $750 build fee 50% to start, 50% at launch No monthly payment to us Live in three working days
See a direction for my business

Nothing is owed until you have seen a homepage concept for your own business and told us to go ahead.

A typical page structure

  • Home
  • Services
  • About
  • Project gallery or service area
  • Contact

Yours is chosen for what your business actually needs, so not every site gets every one of these.

What the $750 covers

  • Three to five essential pages Usually home, services, about, and contact, plus one more where it earns its place: a project gallery or a service-area page. We choose the set your business actually needs.
  • Buyer-focused copy, written for you We take what you tell us and write the words on every page, so a homeowner can see quickly what you build or repair, whether you work where they live, why you are worth calling, and how to reach you.
  • A custom design from your approved concept We extend the homepage direction you signed off across the whole site. Type, color, and layout chosen for your business, not pulled off a theme shelf.
  • Built for phones, not shrunk for them Most of your customers will find you on a phone. Every page is laid out for that screen on purpose.
  • A clear next step on every page Call, text, or request an estimate. Whatever you want customers to do is obvious and always within reach, including on a phone.
  • License, insurance, and service area stated plainly The things a homeowner checks before they call anyone. We put them where they can be found instead of leaving them on an about page nobody opens.
  • Contact form set up and tested Messages go to your inbox. We send a test one before launch so you can watch it arrive.
  • Your domain connected We connect the web address you already own, or walk you through registering one. It stays in your name, on your account.
  • Basic search setup Page titles, descriptions, clean headings, a sitemap, and your business details in a form Google can read. This is groundwork, not an SEO campaign, and nobody can promise rankings.
  • Two rounds of revisions You send your notes in one batch and we work through all of them. Twice, before the site goes live.
  • We launch it with you We put the site live, then check every page, link, and form on a real phone before we call it done.

Not included, so there are no surprises

  • Online stores with a real catalog, checkout, or inventory
  • Booking, scheduling, estimating, or customer portal systems
  • Custom software, and integrations with your job management or estimating tools
  • Logo design, brand identity work, and photography
  • Ongoing maintenance plans, monthly SEO, or ad management
  • Domain, hosting, and website platform fees, which the provider bills to you directly, in your name

If you need something on that list, say so early. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and often we won't be.

On the last line: the $750 is paid to us once and there is no monthly payment to Site in Three. A domain, hosting provider, or website platform charges its own separate renewal, billed to you in your name. We'll show you the options and what they cost before you commit to anything.

The words on the page

You don't have to write
a single line of it.

The most common reason a contractor's website never gets finished is the copy. So we write it.

Someone lands on your site. Within a few seconds they should know:

  • What you build, install, or repair
  • Whether you work where they live
  • Why they should call you and not the next result
  • What you can actually be hired for
  • How to take the next step, and how to reach you

That is what we mean by buyer-focused copy. We take what you tell us about the business, decide what order it should be read in, and write it in plain language. You don't need to send finished text. Rough notes, an old brochure, your Facebook page, or a fifteen-minute call is enough to work from.

What it isn't. We're not naming your business, writing a brand story, or running an SEO campaign, and we can't promise where you'll rank. We write the pages of your website so your customers understand you quickly.

If you already have wording you like, say so. We keep what works and rewrite the rest rather than throwing out your own voice.

You get to change it. Wording is the most common thing people adjust, and that is exactly what the two revision rounds are for.

The process

Three days. Not three months.

Most of the delay in a web project is scheduling, not work. We took the scheduling out.

Day one

We learn the business

You send what you already have. Rough notes are fine. If you'd rather talk it through, a fifteen-minute call covers the same ground.

  • Business details, hours, and the towns you cover
  • The services you offer, and prices if you publish them
  • License number, insurance, and any certifications
  • Your logo, and photos of finished jobs if you have them
  • Two or three sites you like, and any you can't stand

Your part: one short form, or one short call. You do not have to write any website copy.

Day two

We write it and build it

We organize your message, write the pages, and extend the homepage direction you approved across the whole site. You get a working link, not a slide deck.

  • Your services written up in plain, buyer-focused language
  • The approved direction carried across every page
  • Phone and desktop, both designed properly
  • Contact form, click-to-call, service-area map, social links

Your part: nothing. We send a link at the end of the day.

Day three

We revise it and launch it

You tell us what to change. We make the changes, connect your domain, put the search basics in place, and take the site live with you.

  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Your domain connected, in your name
  • Page titles, descriptions, and a sitemap in place
  • Live, then checked on a real phone

Your part: look at the site and tell us what to fix.

Selected work

Six contractors, six sites
that don't look alike.

Site in Three is new, so let's be straight about this: these are original concepts we designed, not client projects. Each one is a homepage concept, the same thing we'd send you before you decide.

Send us your business. We'll design a homepage concept for it, with your name, the trades you cover, and your job photos where we have them. Then you decide.

Where a lot of businesses are
Concept What we'd send back

Both frames above are our own illustration: a dated site of the kind we see often, and our concept for the same fictional business. Neither is a real customer's website.

There's no catch, and here's the whole thing:

  • You tell us about your business. It takes about two minutes, and you don't need anything written.
  • We design a homepage concept and email it to you. It shows the direction, not a finished site, and it never asks for payment details.
  • If you want the complete website, it's $750 once: three to five pages, written, designed, connected, and launched in three working days.
  • If you don't, that's the end of it. No follow-up sequence, no calls.

We reply to every request, including when we don't think we're the right fit. This works best for established contractors who already have work coming in.

Why this works

The process is the product.

The design isn't cheaper because it's worse. It's cheaper because everything around it has been removed.

01

No agency maze

No discovery phase, no kickoff workshop, no account manager relaying messages to a designer you never meet. One person builds your site and answers your emails.

02

No mystery pricing

$750, once, for the whole finished website. That's the number, and it's on the homepage rather than behind a scoping call. It doesn't move based on how busy your industry looks.

03

No template personality

We start from your business, not from a theme. A custom home builder and an emergency plumber should not end up with the same website in different colors.

04

No waiting months

Three focused days beats three months of slow email. Your site goes live while you still remember agreeing to it.

Three ways to get a website

Generalisations, obviously, since agencies and builders both vary. This is the shape of the choice, not a scorecard.
Comparison Traditional agency DIY builder Site in Three
Price Quoted per project, usually after a call A monthly fee, plus your time $750 once, then nothing to us
Timeline Measured in weeks or months However long you keep at it Three working days
Who writes and designs it A team, coordinated by an account manager You, in the evenings We do, copy included, start to finish
How custom Custom, which is what you're paying for A template, adjusted Designed around your business
What it takes from you Meetings, feedback rounds, approvals Evenings and weekends, indefinitely One short form and one review

Fit

Is this right for your business?

We'd rather lose the project than take one we'd do badly. Here's where the line is.

A good fit if

  • You run an established contracting business and already have work coming in
  • You need a clear site: what you build, where you work, and how to reach you
  • Three to five pages covers what you need to say
  • You can tell us about the business in a day, even if nothing is written down
  • You'd rather have it handled than run a website project from the truck

Probably not if

  • You need an online store with a real catalog and checkout
  • You need booking, estimating, or a customer portal built in
  • You need custom software or an integration with your job management system
  • You're a large or franchised company with a review and approval chain
  • You want a full brand identity process before design starts

If you're in the second column, tell us anyway. We'll point you toward something that actually fits, which is a better outcome for both of us.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Is it really $750?

Yes. Your complete website is a one-time $750 build fee. That covers the design, buyer-focused copy, three to five essential pages, mobile optimization, contact form setup, domain connection, basic search setup, two rounds of revisions, and help getting the finished site live.

It does not change based on your trade, your revenue, or how many emails we end up exchanging. It is split into two payments: 50% before the build starts and 50% when the site goes live.

There is no monthly payment to Site in Three. Your domain, hosting, or website platform charges its own separate renewal, billed to you by that provider, in your name.

Do you only work with contractors?

Contractors and trade businesses are what we build for. General contractors, remodelers, home builders, roofers, siding and concrete crews, plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, painters, flooring installers, and deck and fence builders. The page structure, the questions we ask, and the words we write are all shaped around that work.

That is a focus, not a rule. If you run another kind of local service business, ask anyway. The offer, the three days, and the price are the same, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think we are the right fit.

What is the difference between the free homepage concept and the website I pay for?

The homepage concept is one page, designed for your actual business, that shows the creative direction we would take. It lets you see how your company could be presented and decide whether we are the right fit. It is free, and it is not a working website.

The finished website is what the $750 buys. We expand the approved direction into a polished site of three to five pages, write the copy, build every page for phones as well as desktops, set up the contact form, connect your domain, put the basic search setup in place, make two rounds of revisions, and launch it with you.

Put simply: the concept shows you the direction. The build turns that direction into a website your customers can actually use.

What does buyer-focused copy mean, and do I have to write it?

You do not have to write any of it. Buyer-focused copy means we write and organize the words on your website so a homeowner landing on it can quickly see what you build, install, or repair, whether you work where they live, why they should call you, what you can be hired for, and how to reach you.

We work from what you tell us. Rough notes, an old flyer, your Facebook page, or a fifteen-minute call is enough. We decide what order it should be read in and write it in plain language.

What this is not: we do not name your business, write a brand story, or run an SEO campaign, and nobody can promise where you will rank.

Can you put my license number and insurance on the site?

Yes, and we will put them where people actually look rather than leaving them in the footer. Your license number, your insurance status, and any certifications or manufacturer credentials go near the top of the page and in the contact area.

Those are among the first things a homeowner checks before calling a contractor they do not know. We state exactly what you give us, and we do not embellish it.

Are there any monthly fees?

None to us. The $750 is a one-time build fee, and Site in Three does not put you on a retainer, a maintenance plan, or a subscription.

Your website does still need an address and somewhere to live, and those are separate. A domain is billed by the registrar, usually once a year. Hosting or a website platform is billed by that provider on its own schedule. Both stay in your name, and we do not mark them up or take a cut.

We will show you the options and what they cost before you commit to anything.

I'm on jobsites all day. How much of my time does this take?

About fifteen minutes up front, and one review on day three. That is the whole ask.

Day one is a short form or a short call, whenever suits you. You can text us job photos from the truck rather than sorting through a folder. Day two is entirely on us and you do not need to be reachable. Day three you look at the site and tell us what to change.

You do not need to write copy, plan the pages, or understand domains and hosting.

How can you build a complete website in three working days?

By removing the parts that take weeks. There is no discovery phase, no competitive audit, no slide presentation, no committee, and no waiting three days between emails for a two-line answer.

We also build one kind of thing, a clear three to five page site for an established contractor, so we are not inventing a process from scratch each time. The design and the writing are real work. The apparatus around them is gone.

The three working days start once we have your information and the first payment, and they assume you come back to us on day three with your changes.

Will my website look like a template?

No. We start from your business, your name, your trades, your job photos, the customers you want, and choose the type, color, and layout for it. The finished site carries the same direction as the homepage concept you approved.

The concepts on our work page are the fairest answer to this question. Six contractors, six sites that do not look like each other.

Do I own my website?

Completely, once the final payment is made. The domain is in your name, the hosting account is in your name, and the finished site is yours.

There is no license and no lock-in. Your site does not depend on paying us anything ongoing. It only depends on your domain and hosting staying active, both of which are in your own accounts.

Your whole website, written and live,
three working days after we start.

Start with the free homepage concept. If you like the direction, we write, build, and launch the rest for $750 once.

The concept is free, with no call required Requesting one buys nothing You only pay if you want it built
