The whole process

Three days, $750,
and not much asked of you.

Exactly what happens across the three days, exactly what the $750 covers, and exactly what it doesn't. No part of this is behind a call.

First things first

The free concept and
the finished website.

These are two different things, and the difference matters. Here is where one ends and the other begins.

Step one · free

A homepage concept for your business

We design a homepage for your actual business so you can see the creative direction we'd take before you spend anything. It shows how your business could be presented, and it lets you judge whether we're the right fit.

  • Your name, your trades, your job photos where we have them
  • Desktop and phone, so you can see how both would look
  • Free, with no call, no payment details, and no obligation

What it is not: the finished website. It is one page showing the proposed direction. It isn't written out in full, connected to your domain, or live.

Step two · $750 once

The finished website, built and launched

If you like the direction, we expand it into a polished website of three to five pages: we write the copy, build every page, set up the contact form, connect your domain, and put it live with you.

  • Three to five essential pages, chosen for your business
  • Buyer-focused copy written and organized for you
  • Mobile layout, contact setup, domain connection, basic search setup
  • Two rounds of revisions, then we launch it with you

Your part: tell us about the business, then say what to change. We do the writing, the design, the setup, and the launch.

The three days

Day one, day two, day three.

Three working days, starting the morning after we have what we need from you.

Day one

We learn the business

You send what you already have. Rough notes are fine. If you'd rather talk it through, a fifteen-minute call covers the same ground.

  • Business details, hours, and the towns you cover
  • The services you offer, and prices if you publish them
  • License number, insurance, and any certifications
  • Your logo, and photos of finished jobs if you have them
  • Two or three sites you like, and any you can't stand

Your part: one short form, or one short call. You do not have to write any website copy.

Day two

We write it and build it

We organize your message, write the pages, and extend the homepage direction you approved across the whole site. You get a working link, not a slide deck.

  • Your services written up in plain, buyer-focused language
  • The approved direction carried across every page
  • Phone and desktop, both designed properly
  • Contact form, click-to-call, service-area map, social links

Your part: nothing. We send a link at the end of the day.

Day three

We revise it and launch it

You tell us what to change. We make the changes, connect your domain, put the search basics in place, and take the site live with you.

  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Your domain connected, in your name
  • Page titles, descriptions, and a sitemap in place
  • Live, then checked on a real phone

Your part: look at the site and tell us what to fix.

The offer

What the $750 buys.

One price for every business, paid once. A two-truck electrical outfit pays what a remodeler pays, and neither pays us again next month.

Your complete website, once

$750

That covers the design, buyer-focused copy, three to five essential pages, mobile optimization, contact setup, domain connection, basic search setup, two rounds of revisions, and help getting the finished site live.

Nothing is owed until you have seen a homepage concept for your own business and told us to go ahead.

A typical page structure

  • Home
  • Services
  • About
  • Project gallery or service area
  • Contact

Yours is chosen for what your business actually needs, so not every site gets every one of these.

What the $750 covers

  • Three to five essential pages Usually home, services, about, and contact, plus one more where it earns its place: a project gallery or a service-area page. We choose the set your business actually needs.
  • Buyer-focused copy, written for you We take what you tell us and write the words on every page, so a homeowner can see quickly what you build or repair, whether you work where they live, why you are worth calling, and how to reach you.
  • A custom design from your approved concept We extend the homepage direction you signed off across the whole site. Type, color, and layout chosen for your business, not pulled off a theme shelf.
  • Built for phones, not shrunk for them Most of your customers will find you on a phone. Every page is laid out for that screen on purpose.
  • A clear next step on every page Call, text, or request an estimate. Whatever you want customers to do is obvious and always within reach, including on a phone.
  • License, insurance, and service area stated plainly The things a homeowner checks before they call anyone. We put them where they can be found instead of leaving them on an about page nobody opens.
  • Contact form set up and tested Messages go to your inbox. We send a test one before launch so you can watch it arrive.
  • Your domain connected We connect the web address you already own, or walk you through registering one. It stays in your name, on your account.
  • Basic search setup Page titles, descriptions, clean headings, a sitemap, and your business details in a form Google can read. This is groundwork, not an SEO campaign, and nobody can promise rankings.
  • Two rounds of revisions You send your notes in one batch and we work through all of them. Twice, before the site goes live.
  • We launch it with you We put the site live, then check every page, link, and form on a real phone before we call it done.

Not included, so there are no surprises

  • Online stores with a real catalog, checkout, or inventory
  • Booking, scheduling, estimating, or customer portal systems
  • Custom software, and integrations with your job management or estimating tools
  • Logo design, brand identity work, and photography
  • Ongoing maintenance plans, monthly SEO, or ad management
  • Domain, hosting, and website platform fees, which the provider bills to you directly, in your name

If you need something on that list, say so early. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and often we won't be.

On the last line: the $750 is paid to us once and there is no monthly payment to Site in Three. A domain, hosting provider, or website platform charges its own separate renewal, billed to you in your name. We'll show you the options and what they cost before you commit to anything.

Buyer-focused copy

The words are the part
most sites get wrong.

A good-looking page that doesn't say what you do is still a bad website. So writing it is part of the job, not an extra.

Someone lands on your site. Within a few seconds they should know:

  • What you build, install, or repair
  • Whether you work where they live
  • Why they should call you and not the next result
  • What you can actually be hired for
  • How to take the next step, and how to reach you

That is what we mean by buyer-focused copy. We take what you tell us about the business, decide what order it should be read in, and write it in plain language. You don't need to send finished text. Rough notes, an old brochure, your Facebook page, or a fifteen-minute call is enough to work from.

What it isn't. We're not naming your business, writing a brand story, or running an SEO campaign, and we can't promise where you'll rank. We write the pages of your website so your customers understand you quickly.

If you already have wording you like, say so. We keep what works and rewrite the rest rather than throwing out your own voice.

You get to change it. Wording is the most common thing people adjust, and that is exactly what the two revision rounds are for.

Your side of it

What we need from you.

Roughly fifteen minutes of your attention, once. Nothing here has to be polished, and none of it has to be written.

Essential

The basics

Your business name, the trades you cover, your hours, the towns you work in, your license number and insurance, and a phone number and email you're happy to publish.

Essential

What you take on

The services you offer, the jobs you'd rather not take, and prices or ranges if you publish them. Bullet points or an old flyer is fine. We turn it into the copy on the page.

Helpful

Logo and photos

Whatever you have, including phone photos of your trucks, your crew, and your finished jobs. Real work beats stock every time, and before-and-after pairs are worth more than anything else you can send. If you have almost none, we design around that.

Helpful

Two or three sites you like

They don't have to be in your industry. Knowing what you can't stand is just as useful, and usually faster to say.

What you don't need. You don't need to write your website copy, decide what the pages should be, choose sections, or understand domains and hosting. You tell us about the business. We organize the message, write the pages, build the design, do the setup, and get it live.

Practicalities

The boring but important bits.

Timing

When the three days start

The clock starts the morning after we have your information and the first payment, not the day you first email us. Three working days, so if your photos arrive on a Thursday afternoon we start Friday and you're live on Tuesday. We'll always tell you the exact launch date before we begin.

Two things can move it: revisions that come back later than day three, and domain or hosting changes. Domain changes are outside anyone's control and can take a few hours to take effect.

Revisions

What two rounds means

A round is you sending your notes in one batch, and us working through all of them. Two rounds is enough for wording, photo swaps, color, and reordering, which is what almost every revision actually is. If you want a fundamentally different design direction after day two, that's a different project and we'll say so rather than quietly running out of time.

Ownership

The site is yours

Your domain is registered in your name. Your hosting account is in your name. The finished site belongs to you once the final payment is made. There's no license and no lock-in, and nothing about your site depends on paying us anything ongoing. We think that's the only honest way to sell a website.

Payment

How the $750 is paid

One build fee of $750, charged in two parts: half up front to start the build, half when the site goes live. We send an invoice, and nothing needs setting up in advance. There is no third payment and no monthly payment to us. The free homepage concept comes before any of this and never asks for payment details.

Other costs

Domain, hosting, and platform fees

Site in Three charges you $750 and nothing else. Your website does still need two things we don't sell you: an address, and somewhere to live.

  • A domain is your address, for example yourcompany.com. The registrar bills you for it, usually once a year.
  • Hosting or a website platform is where the site actually lives. That provider bills you on its own schedule.

Both are paid to those providers, in your name, and we don't mark them up or take a cut. We'll show you the options and what they cost before you commit to anything. Keeping them in your name is deliberate: it means your website never depends on us.

Afterwards

What happens after launch

You have a finished, working website and we're done. We don't sell a maintenance retainer and we won't put you on a monthly plan. If we built something wrong, we fix it at no charge. Just tell us within 30 days of launch. After that, or for changes to something working as intended, email us and we'll quote it honestly, or show you how to make small edits yourself.

Fit

Is this right for your business?

We'd rather lose the project than take one we'd do badly.

A good fit if

  • You run an established contracting business and already have work coming in
  • You need a clear site: what you build, where you work, and how to reach you
  • Three to five pages covers what you need to say
  • You can tell us about the business in a day, even if nothing is written down
  • You'd rather have it handled than run a website project from the truck

Probably not if

  • You need an online store with a real catalog and checkout
  • You need booking, estimating, or a customer portal built in
  • You need custom software or an integration with your job management system
  • You're a large or franchised company with a review and approval chain
  • You want a full brand identity process before design starts

If you're in the second column, tell us anyway. We'll point you toward something that actually fits, which is a better outcome for both of us.

Start with the free part.

We'll design a homepage concept for your business before you decide anything. If you like the direction, the three days start whenever you're ready.
